I had a 50kWh Neovolt battery system installed in late 2025 thanks to the government rebate, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Tenent Tech's pricing was very competitive, but their service didn't feel 'budget' at all. The installation was incredibly fast and professional, with the team ensuring everything was tidy and up to code. I’m impressed with the quality of the batteries and supporting frames. They feel robust and have been performing flawlessly. A huge plus for me was the compatibility with existing VPP programs, which made the integration into my current energy setup very straightforward. What really stood out, though, was their after-sales service. I had a few follow-up questions after the install, and they were quick to respond and very helpful, rather than just disappearing once the job was done. If you're looking for a reliable installer who offers great value without sacrificing quality, I highly recommend them.

It's been a breeze working with Grace and her team. Everything is very smooth from the start till the installation date. Moreover, one of my inverters was unfortunately at fault and required replacement right before the Xmas eve, Grace managed to squeeze my replacement in just before the year end after such a short notice at the start of the holiday season. I can't appreciate it higher. Highly recommended!!!
